Pre-eclampsia screening

3 ml of Serum for all test. Serum to be shipped at 2 to 8 degree Refrigerated. Serum sample to be stored at 2 to 8 degree for 2 days and post 2 days to be send in frozen condition. Latest USG is recommended mentioning CRL or BPD, Single or twin fetus (test not valid for triplets or above), NT value in mm. Maternal screening TRF is mandatory with history of date of birth, weight, Race, Smoking, type 1 diabetes. In IVF pregnancy Egg donor DOB, egg extraction date and embryo transfer date. in Preeclampsia cases history of BP or family histroy addtionally required with USG findings of MAP, UAPI values etc as per TRF requirements. Reflex test will be done for positive screen cases and will be conveyed by lab for sample requirements further based on consent with Gynecologist or pateint and TAT of report will be based on the test added and registered. For NIPS 10 ml of Whole blood in strek tube to be send in ambinet condition upto 1 day or refrigerated conditio upto 3 days.
