ICG CLEARANCE

5 ml Serum Sample(Sample should be collected in plain red vaccutainer) 0 mins(4 red top vaccutainers-5 ml of blood in each tube) • 5 mins(1 red top vaccutainer-2 ml of blood) • 10 mins (1 red top vaccutainer-2 ml of blood) • 15 mins (1 red top vaccutainer-2 ml of blood) • 20 mins (1 red top vaccutainer-2 ml of blood) Sample should reach within 2 hrs of collection at 2-8 °C. Sample tubes to be wrapped in aluminium foil to avoid exposure to light. Left over dye solution to be sent across to the lab along with the samples.
