Terms and conditions for SiMi Business Partner (SBP) Model:

• All services will be prepaid only.
• Postpaid or credit facility can be given as per the company policies after 1 year of successful partnership.
• Lab owners/ Clinic owners/ Hospitals should have Printer, computer and internet facility.
• Franchisee will get incentives on conducting health checkup camps and promoting SiMi health packages.
• Lab owners/ Clinic owners/ Hospitals have to do initial recharge of 5000 to his/her Simi account. it will be immediately credited to your simi account once your simi code is created.
• Initial starter kit which includes 10 EDTA, 10 Plain, 5 Flouride, 2 citrate , 5 urine containers, 2 sterile urine container will be provided free of cost. After that materials will be provided on replacement basis.
• Reports will be provided in the form of soft copy only.
• Only vacationers and barcoded vial will be accepted.
