**Gentamicine, serum

1. Blood to be collected in 3ml EDTA vacutainer tube and shipped at Ambient temperature. The sample is stable for 6 hours and 7days at Ambient & 2-8C respectively. 2. 3ml of Serum sample required to be shipped at 2-8C. Do not use gel tubes. Sample is stable for 1day, 7 days & 30days at A, R and F temperatures respectively. 3. 10ml of spot urine sample required to be shipped at 2-8C. The sample is stable for 1day, 1 day & 30days at A, R and F temperatures respectively. General Instructions: 1. Please indicate history of the drug dose taken, time of sample collection (peak or trough levels, e.g C0 or C2 ) and clinical History along with the sample.
